Who are Radio Control Logistics AB?

In this policy, Radio Control Logistics AB, Orgnr: 556716-4479 is called RCL and is responsible for personal data, while you or your company is called the user or customer.

RCL is responsible for all information that you leave in contact with us, which can be on the website, via telephone, e-mail, chat or other means.

Which scope of application does this personal data policy apply to?

This policy applies to users who visit and/or buy something on our websites www.nettorc.com, www.hobbyprodukter.com or www.procar.se. It also applies when using one of our channels on social media.

Personal data is information that, individually or in combination with other data, can be used to identify you as a user as a physical person now living. It can e.g. be your name, email address or phone number.

Our main purpose for processing your personal data is for RCL to be able to fulfill commitments to you as a user/customer, but we also collect information about you who are not yet a customer but who want to be contacted by us

As a personal data controller, RCL is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed securely and that the GDPR is followed. We do not process sensitive personal data unless there is specific consent to handle it.

Security

RCL protects your personal data through a combination of technical and organizational solutions. Access systems are required for access to all of RCL's systems that handle personal data. Employees at RCL as well as personal data assistants and sub-assistants must follow RCL's internal information security policy

Personal data submitted to RCL without being requested will not be saved for longer than one month, the exception applies to spontaneous applications and support or contractual matters.

Personal data assistants

When you shop at one of us, your payment, delivery and storage of data is handled by one of our personal data assistants:

Riverty Sweden AB handles payments by invoice and for this needs to receive your social security number.

e-Pay A/S handles your card payments and will thus collect your card number.

Swish handles your Swish payments

Postnord and DHL carry out the delivery of your ordered goods. They need your name, address, email and phone number.

DigRAD AB manages the storage of the information that our websites' content consists of.

How cookies are used

Cookies are saved on your computer to save your shopping basket in connection with purchases on the website. Cookies are also used to give you a personal experience on our website and for the website to function in the best way.

RCL's website contains cookies. These are small text files placed on the computer by the web server. Cookies act as an ID and make the website work in the best possible way.

RCL uses direct marketing to provide relevant suggestions and offers to you about RCL's products.

Transfer of information

RCL and its subcontractors store their information within the EU. Accounting data is saved in Sweden or a country approved by the Swedish Tax Agency. We do not resell any customer information to third parties. Contact information needed for direct mail can be processed by our assistants.

Your rights

As registered with Radio Control Logistics AB, you have the following rights:

• You have the right to receive information about which personal data processing is carried out by us. We have collected these in the Personal data processing table. The table shows, among other things, purpose, legal basis and storage period.
• You have the right to request a register extract once a year where you can see which personal data processing we have about you.
• You have the right to request correction if we have inaccuracies registered about you.
• You have the right to be deleted under these conditions:
  • The data is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
  • If the data is saved with your consent and you withdraw the consent.
  • If the processing is based on a balancing of interests and there are no legitimate reasons that outweigh your interest.
  • If the personal data has been processed illegally.
  • If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
• The right to be deleted does not apply if we are obliged by law (e.g. the Accounting Act) to keep the data.
• You have the right to data portability (the right to have your personal data moved) provided that the legal basis is consent or agreement and what you can obtain is personal data that concerns you, that you yourself provided or that was generated by your actions/activities.
• You have the right to request a limitation in the processing, but not have the request fulfilled if it is a requirement that the processing takes place in order for the product/service to function.
• You have the right to object to the processing of personal data and RCL will then cease the processing while the matter is investigated.
• You have the right to make a complaint to the Swedish Privacy Protection Authority about processing carried out by us.
