NettoRC purchase conditions 221004
Generally
If you are shopping as a private person, the Distance Contracts Act and the Consumer Purchase Act apply. These laws have provisions that cannot be changed by other agreements. When registering or purchasing, you agree that we save your data digitally and that we use your data to be able to fulfill our obligations regarding your order. We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. You have the right to request the data we have stored and we will delete this if you ask us to do so. Should any condition in our terms and conditions of purchase prove to be contrary to Swedish or EU legislation, this does not mean that the terms and conditions of purchase must be invalid in their entirety, but the condition that turns out to be invalid must be replaced with an equivalent text that complies with current legislation.
If you are acting as a legal person (company), the Purchase Act applies. The purchase conditions listed for companies on this page primarily apply before the Purchase Act.
Prices and VAT
You can choose whether you want to see prices with or without VAT. The first time you use the website, all prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT (25%), or (EUR 19% VAT)
Ordering
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about the purchased products, prices, billing and delivery address. If there is an error in the order or you have not received an order confirmation, you should immediately contact us by email to info@nettorc.com.
When buying as a private person, you must have a guardian's permission to place an order if you are under 18 years of age. Send us an e-mail message with the parent's express permission for your order to be approved.
If we suspect that an order is not correct, we will trace and report it to the police.
Cancellation and changes to placed orders
You can make changes to your order or cancel it until we hand it over to the company that will transport the shipment to you. After the transport has started, changes cannot be made. Private individuals can use the right of withdrawal according to what is written under the heading "Right of withdrawal for private individuals".
Delivery times
Our goal is to deliver all orders 1-2 days after the order has been received and approved. This assumes that the ordered goods are in our own warehouse. In the listing of articles, you can see the current stock balance. For some items, the balance for other stocks is also displayed. You can order an item even if it is not in our own stock. In that case, the delivery will be delayed until all ordered goods are in our warehouse. Contact us by e-mail info@nettorc.com if you are unsure.
Deliveries
Depending on the weight and size of the ordered items, we send either with Postnord Goods, which means that you receive the shipment directly in your letterbox, or with Postnord MyPack or DHL Servicepoint. You collect these shipments from a store near you. We apply a uniform shipping cost of SEK 89 including VAT.
It is your responsibility to redeem the shipment at the delivery point within the time that shipments remain according to the notice, e-mail or SMS that you received. If you do not pick up the package, it will be sent back to us. We will then charge you for the cost of the return shipping as well as our administrative costs. If this cost is not paid, we will submit our claim to debt collection. You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by not collecting your shipment.
Transport damage is reported to the delivery point where you picked up the goods. If you discover the damage when you get home, you take the entire shipment (goods and packaging) to the delivery point for a damage report.
You can also choose to pick up your ordered items after agreeing on a time at our warehouse in Vessigebro. This delivery is free of charge.

The invoice fee is SEK 19 including VAT, has a credit period of 14 days for individuals and 30 days for companies, and if the invoice is due, a reminder fee of SEK 60 is added.
As a private person, you must be 18 years of age and registered in Sweden in order to pay by invoice.
At the time of purchase, Riverty performs a simpler credit check. If, against the odds, you cannot be offered to pay by invoice, you can choose to pay with another payment option offered at the time of purchase.

Right of withdrawal for private individuals
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a private person have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. You do not have the right to cancel if a service is started during the cancellation period, the item is not in original condition, if a seal or seal has been broken or you have registered a license. You also do not have the right to cancel a purchase of a specially ordered or custom-made item or an item that has, for example, personal engraving. If you choose to cancel your purchase, the item must be returned in its original condition. Your right of withdrawal counts as 14 days from the day we confirmed an order for a service or the day you received an item.
If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an e-mail message to info@nettorc.com. We then make a decision that your request meets the conditions required to be able to invoke the right of withdrawal. We will notify you by e-mail how to return the item. You must follow the recommendations we prescribe regarding packaging. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you pay the shipping costs. We will not pay to redeem the shipment from You.
When we have received and approved the condition, packaging, sealing and possibly seal of the returned item, we will refund the original purchase price less original shipping costs to you within 30 days of the shipment reaching us.
Complaints and buybacks
Private individuals must report a damaged or wrongly delivered item within 14 days after you receive the item. All complaints must be made by e-mail to info@nettorc.com.
Business customers who have received a damaged item or if we have sent an incorrect item, must notify us via e-mail to info@nettorc.com as soon as possible after receiving the shipment.
All complaints must be approved by us before the item is returned. We will send out a shipping document to be used for the return shipping. The item must be returned in the original packaging and in any associated packaging and packing material in which it was originally delivered.
Keep in mind that sometimes different products do not fit together due to various compatibility issues. It is not our job to ensure that the goods you buy from us work satisfactorily together.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, the complaint period for a product is 3 years. In order to invoke the right of complaint, it is you as the customer who must prove that the fault in the product was present at the time of purchase. This must be done within a reasonable time after you noticed or should have noticed the error.
Text information and images
We reserve the right to subsequently change prices or information that may have been incorrect on the website, in e.g. banners or in printed information from us. This also applies to price adjustments due to reasons beyond our control.
We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution.
Force majeure
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control such as labor disputes, fire, war, authority decisions, reduced or non-delivery by supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control. We are also never responsible for direct or indirect damage/loss that may occur to the customer.
Dispute
In the event of a dispute concerning a purchase by a private person, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. Disputes between companies are settled by general courts.
